WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 1-2 6.5oz bags of Dieffenbach’s Old Fashioned Sweet Potato Kettle Chips
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

If there’s one thing that can make or break a nacho recipe, it’s the chips. Well, no issue here since we’re starting with only the finest Dieffenbach’s Old Fashioned Sweet Potato Chips as the sweet and crunchy foundation for this non-traditional recipe! On top of that, the caramelized topping of brown sugar, maple syrup and cinnamon adds a next level punch of gooey sweetness to satisfy even the most severe snack craving.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place parchment paper on a cooking sheet, then spread out the Dieffenbach’s Old Fashioned Sweet Potato Chips
- Combine brown sugar, syrup, cinnamon and butter in a small bowl and stir
- Microwave mixture for 45-60 seconds until liquified
- Spoon the mixture over the sweet potato chips
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans
- Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes
- Remove from oven when browned
- Let cool before serving and enjoy!
